Iron Man, Antman, Thor, Hulk, Captain America, Nick Fury - working together to save mankind. Boy, this must be good.
Antman Movie Might as Well be Funny
When you have an Ant-sized protagonist, should he be called a superhero?
Claire Bear's a Killer
In the future, this short lady who wont break a bone might be breaking yours.
The Mummy 3: First Official Trailer
Directed by Rob Cohen and starring Brendan Fraser, Jet Li, and Michelle Yeoh, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor is sure to be one of summer’s biggest blockbusters. At least that’s what the trailer promises.
Magneto Movie Revelations Could Prove Interesting
It would be interesting how Magneto is played out as an anti-hero come his movie in 2009. But the revelations his origins brings would be even more thought-worthy.
Tie-ups between Ironman and The Incredible Hulk continue to flourish in the net as does the speculations regarding the 2011 movie of Marvel’s Avengers. The latest I’ve come across is that the Hulk will be the villain.
While I think that this is highly unlikely, the mere fact that no villain has come up yet for the movie also deems it plausible. It is quite sensible too since the comics books does tell of such a scenario. Hulk’s uncontrollable rage has always directed him towards counter culture path - an anti hero.
Why I think it is unlikely is because I dont think Nick Fury would recruit Ironman to the Avengers without a threat. The Hulk had not been a problem at that time, and as the movie shows, Gen Thaddeus Ross (and/or his daughter - who’s as hot as Liv Tyler, btw) can clearly handle him.
James Bond : Quantum of Solace showing on November 7, 2008 looks to be slick - probably because he’s the one hunted. It’s getting to be a lot like Jason Bourne (without the whole amnesia thing).
I’ve never really been a Bond fan. Never saw one flick. This trailer passes my liking. It was released yesterday.
Pictures of Hero Fiennes-Tiffin have recently come up in the web looking not so scary as the role he’s playing the upcoming movie Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. Drumroll… YOUNG VOLDEMORT! As if you hadn’t expected it already..
The pictures came from SnitchSeeker and there are more where that came from. However, those were not of the Harry Potter movie, but rather, from a different film that the kid is doing. And just in case you’re wondering, he is the nephew of Ralph Fiennes who is also Lord Voldemort!
The tagline of this website says it all - Your Source for Chichi Living. The Girly Home Webzine was an interesting find - it’s homepage had three jewel-laden women around a coffee table in a nicely designed house complete with chandelier, wallpaper and a chair that must’ve cost alot.
It’s topics conveyed the same finesse and feminist approach with articles ont beauty, skin care, romance and relationships, bodies, as well as home accents. I jumped onto the “Just for Teens” section since it’s something that I connect with, but unfortunately, a server not found page came up.
Nonetheless I can still say that this is a good website for women to read. It’s several wonderful articles that working women, students, book lovers, health nuts - women with all sorts of inclinations would be able to relate. I give this site 10/10 stars for having a very nice website.
